We strive to ensure every product you purchase from Abeni Beauty exceeds your expectations. If you’re not completely satisfied, here’s how we can help: 

1. Returns & Exchanges

We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase, provided items meet the conditions below. 

2. Time Frame

– 30 Days: Request a return/exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. 

3. Condition of Items

To qualify for a refund or exchange: 

✔ Unused & Unopened: Products must be in their original, sealed packaging. 

✔ Original Receipt: Include your order confirmation or proof of purchase. 

✔ Undamaged: No signs of tampering or misuse. 

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used beauty products.

4. Refunds

– Processing Time: Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. 

– Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method. For lost/damaged packages, we offer store credit or replacements. 

5. Exceptions

The following items are final sale and ineligible for returns: 

– Gift cards or discounted/clearance items. 

– Products marked “Final Sale” at checkout.

8. Ship It Back: We’ll provide a return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective/damaged.

10. Damaged or Defective Items

Received a broken or faulty product? Let us know within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or refund. Include photos of the issue for faster resolution.
